Valley Selection Pinot Gris 2016
10% barrel-fermented. A more than usually intense palate, intensity translating into length, making the price grand larceny. Another arrow in the quiver of mature pinot gris vines grown in appropriate climates.
Limited Release Fiano 2016
Fiano strikes again, 10% Petit Manseng making the wines a unique blend, but not having the textural drive of Fiano, which has deliciously edgy/savoury/sour lemon zest notes that positively sing.
Ballerina Canopy Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
From the Barossa Valley, Wrattonbully and the King Valley, matured in French and American oak for 17 months. The wine has clear medium bodied varietal expression, clever use of oak and soft tannins all adding up to easygoing drinkability.
