Here is the recipe for you to bake at home. Enjoy!
375g plain flour sifted
125g custard powder
125g icing sugar
Pre-heat oven to 150’c
Cream butter and sugar until light & fluffy
Gradually add flour and custard powder
Mix until combined
Remove from bowl & place onto a floured board
Roll into tablespoon size balls
Place on a greased lined tray
Press each ball down with a fork
Bake in pre-heated oven for 15 mins until cooked
250g icing sugar
50g butter melted
25g custard powder
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
A little hot water
In a bowl combine sugar and custard powder
Mix in melted butter
Mix through lemon juice and zest
Add hot water till smooth and lump free
Spread between 2 YoYo biscuits
Now try not to eat all 36 at once!!
