We're introducing a Spring Taster Pack, bringing to four the total number of Packs we'll now produce annually for Gold and Platinum members.
Since its inception, Gapsted Wine Club members have been sent three Taster Packs each year. This will change from September, to better align our Taster Packs with the seasonal traits of many of our wines, and to meet the demand from some members for more regular deliveries.
To give you time to adjust to this change, this first Spring Taster Pack will be optional - you will not be sent or billed for this Pack unless you purchase it yourself online, or by email or phone.
In other words, we will not charge your credit card for the 2018 Spring Taster Pack unless you tell us to.
The optional nature of the 2018 Spring Taster Pack will not be repeated - moving forward, you will be billed and charged for all Taster Packs after this one (unless, of course, you indicate otherwise).
Introducing a fourth annual Taster Pack doesn't change the Wine Club's terms and conditions that you agreed to when you signed up prior to September 1, 2018, which required new members to buy at least three Taster Packs. Nor will it impact on the current requirement for Platinum Wine Club members to buy three Taster Packs in 2018 to qualify for next year's annual gift.
We will resume automatic billing with the Summer Taster Pack, which is due out in November. We'll contact you about this Pack by email in November.
Our Autumn Taster Pack will then follow in March, with our Winter Taster Pack processed in June. You'll continue to receive emails in advance of each Taster Pack being sent, giving you the option to change your preferred wine selection by a set date.
