Our new online accounts allow Wine Club members to get discounts and free delivery online automatically.
As part of our new look website, as an existing Wine Club member you can now log in and automatically receive your relevant wine discount – up to 25% for Platinum Wine Club members - and free delivery when ordering via our website.
You’ll also be able to see any previous online orders you’ve made, and change your delivery and contact details.
Before you can use your online account, you need to first activate it – to do this, simply email us at email@example.com and we’ll send you an account invite.
You must set up your online account using the same email address that we use to communicate with you.
You’ll know whether you’ve successfully logged in when you see your name at the top of our website. Once logged in, the wines in our online shop will automatically update with your member discounted prices.
Provided you purchase six bottles of wine or more in any one transaction, a free delivery option will automatically show up on the shipping methods page in our online checkout.

Of course, we’re still happy to process orders over the phone or at our Cellar Door, if that’s what you prefer. You can place orders by calling us on 03 5751 9100, and selecting option 3 for Wine Club sales.
