VINEYARD REGION: King Valley
THE WINE: This wine displays a lovely pale straw colour with green hues. The nose has intense zesty passionfruit and lime aromas. These distinctive aromas lead to a smooth yet lively palate, brimming with tropical fruit flavours. This wine shows lovely balance and the finish is crisp and clean.
FOOD MATCHES: Excellent with steamed fresh asparagus topped with parmesan and olive oil, or mussels braised in white wine and garlic.
