VINEYARD REGION: King Valley
THE WINE: This wine displays a deep garnet colour. Matured for 8 months in 30% new French oak barrels and the remainder in one to two year old seasoned barrels. The result is classic Pinot Noir characters of vibrant cherry with mulberry and cranberry, complemented by spicy whole bunch and a creamy lees texture. It has a very fine structure and excellent long finish.

FOOD MATCHING: Teriyaki Chicken served on mushrooms, florets of broccoli and steamed white rice.
