THE WINE: This wine displays a pale yellow colour with slightly green hues. The nose shows lifted herbaceous and tropical fruit aromas. These aromas lead to a lively palate bursting with typical varietal flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry with citrus notes. A fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with a crisp, dry finish.
FOOD MATCHES: Excellent with fresh seafood particularly oysters au natural, also a fine partner for a fresh green salad or Salad Nicoise.
