Billing Terms and Conditions

All items must be paid for via our secure payment gateway, or by telephone using a valid credit card.

Payment is required at the time of purchase prior to despatch.

Your order will usually be despatched within two working days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Australian Public Holidays). 

Refund and Returns Policy

If you receive wine that’s been damaged in transit, that’s not consistent with what you ordered, or that’s not of adequate quality, please contact us first before doing anything else. You can email us at wineclub@gapstedwines.com.au, or call us on 03 5751 1383.

When you contact us, please include the following information:

We’ll respond within two working days as to how you should proceed.

If the wine you’ve received is damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, you’re entitled to a replacement (if the product is available), or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund.

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the wine we’ve sent, you can return the product for a full refund under the following conditions:

We will incur the reasonable cost of returning goods that are defective or do not meet the product description. All other returns are at your expense.
