I'm a Wine Club member - how do I set up my online account?

Before you can use your online account, you need to first activate it – to do this, simply email us at wineclub@gapstedwines.com.au and we’ll send you an account invite.

You must set up your online account using the same email address that we use to communicate with you.

You’ll know whether you’ve successfully logged in when you see your name at the top of our website. Once logged in, the wines in our online shop will automatically update with your member discounted prices.

Provided you purchase six bottles of wine or more in any one transaction, a free delivery option will automatically show up on the shipping methods page in our online checkout.

If you're not sure whether you're a Gapsted Wine Club member, simply email us at wineclub@gapstedwines.com.au and we'll confirm for you. We can also help you set up your online account.

Why isn't my entire purchase history showing on my online account?

The only purchases that will show on your online account are those you made via our website's store, or over the phone with the Wine Club team.

Cellar Door purchases are not visible in your online account although we've kept records of these transactions - you'll need to contact us at wineclub@gapstedwines.com.au for these details.

I've already given you my credit card details and you've emailed me about when my Taster Pack is due to be processed. But I've decided to buy my Taster Pack (early) online - will you know not to send me a second Taster Pack?

Yes, we will know not to send you a second Taster Pack. Every order that comes through via our website during the Taster Pack period is checked against our current membership list. If we see your name on the list of members who are scheduled to be charged automatically via their stored credit card, we'll remove you.

If we're not sure, we'll contact you to check.

Just make sure you order online before the cutoff date we've given you for changes to your Taster Pack order (this will be in the email we send to you).

So, if you want your Taster Pack despatched earlier than the scheduled send out time we've given you in an email, go ahead and order online!

How do I upgrade my membership to Gold or Platinum status?

Simply complete this online form and we'll upgrade your membership. You'll receive a welcome email reconfirming your upgrade.

How often are wine packs sent to Gold and Platinum wine club members?

Wine packs are sent out every four months, in March/April, June/July and November/December.

I want to select the wines in my regular Taster Packs. Is that possible, and how does the process work?

Yes, you can elect to select the wines that we send to you in our regular Taster Packs!

Just let us know at wineclub@gapstedwines.com.au and we'll make you a 'Custom' member. Once you're a Custom member, you can choose your own wines by selecting and purchasing them online during the Taster Pack period (ie. after we send you an email asking you to do so). Or just email or call us with your preferred selection.

Please note however that if you don't select your preferred wines by the deadline outlined in the email we send, you will be billed for and sent a Mixed Taster Pack as a default.

Can I obtain my exclusive wine club discounts if I order online?

Yes, you can! You just need to be logged in to your account in order to obtain your discounts. Once logged in, the price of each wine product will be updated automatically.

How do we send your wine?

We mostly use Australia Post, although some orders are sent using Fastway Couriers or other local/regional couriers, depending on where you’re located. We do deliver to PO Boxes. Please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions.

Proof of Age Requirement

Our delivery partners, which include Australia Post and Fastway, may require you to show identification when delivering our wine. This is to comply with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic) and other state-based liquor laws.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic) it is an offence: For a licensee to sell liquor to under 18s (Penalty exceeds $19,000); For a person to supply liquor to under 18s (Penalty exceeds $19,000); For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, receive, possess or consume liquor (Penalty exceeds $800).

How long will it take to deliver our wine?

Delivery times will obviously vary depending on your location and how busy our delivery partners are, although we suggest you allow between 5 and 7 working days. We’ll always endeavour to despatch your wine within one working day of receipt of your order.

How much does it cost to deliver wine?

Delivery is charged per 12 bottle case (or part thereof), with the following rates applying depending on where you live:

Victoria and ACT - $10
NSW - $12.50
QLD, WA, SA and TAS - $15
NT - $30

Members who purchase six bottles of wine or more receive FREE delivery (excluding the Northern Territory). When ordering online, ensure you're logged in to your member account, and this option will automatically show at the checkout.

Can I collect my wine from the winery?

Yes, you can! You need to advise us when you expect to collect your wine. Wine can be collected from our warehouse (head right after entering our driveway) between 7am and 3.45pm Monday to Thursday, and between 7am and 3.15pm on Fridays.

I'm a Gapsted Platinum Wine Club member - am I eligible for the $98.00 member gift?

You are if you're a Gapsted Platinum Wine Club member who has purchased three 12 bottle Taster Packs in the previous calendar year. If you're not sure whether you meet this criteria, just contact the Gapsted Wine Club Team at wineclub@gapstedwines.com.au 

How do I redeem my Platinum Wine Club member gift?

To redeem this offer, simply click here, log in to your online account, select the products or Taste of Season lunch you wish to purchase, and at our online checkout simply enter the unique discount code we'll email to eligible members in February 2018. This discount code is worth $98.00. 

If you're using this discount code to book for our Taste of Season lunch, someone from our Cellar Door will then contact you to confirm your booking, and to record the date and time you'd like to have your lunch. Our restaurant serves lunch between 12 and 3pm daily.

You must be a current Platinum Wine Club member at the time you redeem this offer. The discount code can only be used for products that are included in the Platinum Wine Club 2018 Gift Offer Product CollectionThe discount code can only be used once by December 1, 2018, and the Taste of Season lunch must be taken by December 16, 2018. This offer can only be used online, is not transferable for cash or any other Gapsted Wines' product/s, any unused credit can't be used at a later date, and this discount doesn't apply to Taster Packs, sales or events.
