Spring Taste of Season Menu - $59 per person ($50 without wine)

Three tastes accompanied by a matching wine which complements each dish.

Available for lunch daily at Gapsted Wines' panoramic restaurant, near Myrtleford. 

Entree

Milawa chicken & asparagus terrine, toasted pistachio dukkah, roasted leek, lemon. Served with our Limited Release 2018 Fiano.

Main

Spring lamb cutlets, quinoa, pistachio & wild rice salad, hummus & yoghurt, pomegranate molasses. Served with our High Country 2018 Tempranillo.  

Dessert

Strawberries, almond frangipane, meringue, berry coulis, jelly, white chocolate & strawberry semi freddo. Served with our Gapsted Fruity Moscato NV.

Wine poured at 100ml per glass.
