Winter Taste of Season Menu - $59 per person ($50 without wine)

Three tastes accompanied by a matching wine which complements each dish.

Available for lunch daily at Gapsted Wines' panoramic restaurant, near Myrtleford. 

Entree

Chestnut, white bean & parmesan soup, crispy pancetta, micro herbs. Served with our High Country 2017 Chardonnay.

Main

Slow braised Black Angus beef with Winter vegetables, parsnip puree, fresh herb gremolata. Served with our Limited Release 2016 Saperavi.  

Dessert

Chocolate brioche & citrus fruit marmalade pudding, vanilla crème patissiere, candied citrus fruit. Served with our Gapsted Fruity Syrah Dolcetto NV.

Wine poured at 100ml per glass.
