Taste of Season Menu - $49 per person ($40 without wine)

A three course degustation, with a focus on fresh, local produce, with each dish carefully matched to one of our premium wines. Vegetarian option available.

Available for lunch daily at Gapsted Wines' panoramic restaurant, near Myrtleford. 


Milawa Chicken and Pork rillettes, onion jam, bitter leaves, cornichons, melba toast. Served with our Ballerina Canopy Sauvignon Blanc 2017.


Seared Duck, moghrabieh, sugar snaps, roast beetroot, goat’s cheese, toasted pinenuts, orange, fennel. Served with our Tobacco Road Pinot Noir 2017.


Yoghurt panna cotta, pistachio baklava, honeycomb, house made white chocolate ice cream. Served with our Limited Release Sparkling Shiraz Rose 2017.

Wine poured at 100ml per glass.
