Taste of Season Menu - $59 per person ($50 without wine)

An appreciative tasting of 3 courses accompanied by a matching wine which complements each dish. Vegetarian option available.

Available for lunch daily at Gapsted Wines' panoramic restaurant, near Myrtleford. 

Entree

Blue cheese panna cotta, Autumn figs, crispy prosciutto, toasted croutes, rocket and walnut salad. Served with our Valley Selection 2018 Riesling.

Main

Crispy skin salmon, braised baby leeks, parsnip cream, watercress, fried capers, lemon. Served with our Limited Release 2018 Fiano.  

Dessert

Dark chocolate and orange ice cream sandwich, popcorn praline, hazelnut ganache. Served with our Limited Release NV Fine Old Tawny Fortified.

Wine poured at 100ml per glass.
