Taste of Season Menu - $59 per person ($50 without wine)

A three course degustation, with a focus on fresh, local produce, with each dish carefully matched to one of our premium wines. Vegetarian option available.

Available for lunch daily at Gapsted Wines' panoramic restaurant, near Myrtleford. 


Beetroot cured salmon gravlax, roasted sweet corn, cauliflower and freekeh salad, goat's cheese and horseradish. Served with our Ballerina Canopy Chardonnay 2018.


Whole roasted Scotch fillet of beef, kipfler potato, heirloom tomato and pickled onion salad, salsa verde. Served with our Limited Release Saperavi 2016.


Eton mess, layers of meringue, cream, strawberries and raspberries, praline and raspberry ice cream. Served with our Gapsted Fruity Moscato Rosa 2018

Wine poured at 100ml per glass.
