Taste of Season Menu - $49 per person

An appreciative tasting of various foods accompanied by a matching wine which complements each dish. Wine poured at 100ml per glass, Vintage Touriga at 60ml per glass.

Entree

Blue swimmer crab brandade, toasted focaccia, local olive oil and bitter greens. Served with our Valley Selection Riesling.

Main

Confit duck leg, white cabbage & dill salad, artichoke hommus, duck reduction. Served with our Tobacco Road Pinot Noir.

Dessert

Flourless fig, hazelnut & chocolate torte, vanilla bean ice-cream. Served with our Limited Release Vintage Touriga.
