Available for lunch daily at Gapsted Wines' panoramic restaurant, near Myrtleford.

Our Taste of Season menu highlights seasonal & local ingredients. It is comprised of three smaller dishes.

Starting with our Limited Release Sparkling Pinot Grigio Rose NV to awaken the taste buds.

Gazpacho with heirloom tomatoes, Summer salsa, crouton

Roasted grass fed beef fillet, duck fat roasted potatoes, mustard greens, tomato butter, basil & walnut oil
Served with our Limited Release Sangiovese 2018

Coconut & lime crème caramel, pineapple, mint, mango, pistachio praline
Served with our Gapsted Fruity Moscato 2018
