VINEYARD REGION: King Valley
THE WINE: This wine displays a deep red colour, almost garnet with cherry red hues. The nose shows spicy, earthy and chocolate aromas. These aromas lead to a complex and full bodied pallet showing ripe, spicy plum and red berry berry fruit and sweet vanilla and clove-like oak derived flavours.

FOOD MATCHES: Excellent with wholemeal pasta and a rich basil pesto, crusty ciabatta and Camembert, or a scotch fillet cooked rare and freshly hulled steamed broad beans.
