“Light to mid-yellow colour with a nutty, smoky, faintly sulfidey bouquet: quite complex. The palate is soft and rounded, smooth and moderate in acidity.”
Huon Hooke, Wine Review
VINEYARD REGION: King Valley
THE WINE: This wine displays a pale straw colour. The nose shows complex aromas of juicy melon, cashew and stonefruit with a hint of honey. These aromas lead to a palate which is layered with rich creamy textures and fine seamless acidity.
FOOD MATCHES: Excellent with spaghetti and king prawns, asparagus and fresh tomato.
PEAK DRINKING: Now-2021
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/Vol 13.5% - PH 3.29 - TA 6.8
