THE WINE: This wine displays a deep inky red colour. The nose shows intense spice, vanilla, raisins, fruitcake and blood plums. These complex aromas lead to a palate of intense spicy ripe plum characters with complex toasty oak. This wine is weighty and robust with harmonious tannins.
FOOD MATCHES: Try with beef cheeks and roasted parsnip.
