VINEYARD REGION: King Valley
THE WINE: This wine displays a light yellow straw colour. The nose shows lifted aromas of white peach, blanched almond and sweet ground chicory. These aromas lead to a rich and creamy palate, crisp vibrant flavours of nashi pear, juicy nectarine and lime zest, seamlessly balanced with texture and finish imparted from barrel maturation.
FOOD MATCHES: Excellent with oven baked lemongrass trout with watercress, pine nuts and orange.
