Gapsted Wines is excited to invite you to our inaugural Canberra Wine Tasting Dinner at one-hat OTIS Dining Hall on Thursday, February 7 from 6.30pm.
Indulge in pre-dinner bubbles, followed by a five-course degustation dinner exclusively created by award-winning executive chef and owner Damian Brabender, who has crafted each dish to match perfectly with our favourite premium Gapsted Wines.
Damian, who will attend this event, was Chef of the Year at the 2017 AHA Australia Awards and 2018 ACT Chef of the Year, and has worked as head chef at the Royal Opera House in London and as executive chef at Emirates Wolgan Valley.
Our chief winemaker and CEO, Matt Fawcett, will also be in attendance.
Tickets are extremely limited and are being offered to our Platinum and Gold Wine Club members at just $140 per ticket. All other tickets are priced at $145. Maximum four tickets per order/member.
