VINEYARD REGION: Heathcote

THE WINE: This wine displays a deep crimson colour. The nose shows aromas of fragrant cherry, dried currant and savoury tobacco. These aromas lead to a medium-bodied palate with wild cherry and earthy notes, finishing with youthful acid and fine, long tannins.

FOOD MATCHES: Perfect with spaghetti bolognaise, or enjoy with hard cheeses.
