Tasting Notes

2017 Sauvignon Blanc (King Valley) - This wine displays a pale yellow colour with slightly green hues. The nose shows lifted herbaceous and tropical fruit aromas. These aromas lead to a lively palate bursting with typical varietal flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry with citrus notes. A fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with a crisp dry finish.

2015 Shiraz (Alpine Valleys and King Valley) - This wine displays a dark cherry colour. The nose shows lifted blackberry, cherry and black pepper aromas with some dark chocolate hints in the background. These aromas lead to a full, generous palate brimming with blackcurrant and pepper spice flavours. The wine was softened by maturation in American and French oak, and it has fine-grained tannins.

Non-Vintage Prosecco (King Valley) - This wine displays a pale straw colour with vibrant green glints. The nose shows vibrant aromas of citrus, apple and pear, leading to a fresh, crisp palate with delicate bubbles. Inspired by the classic Italian examples, this Prosecco has a light and refreshing finish, capturing the true essence of summer drinking.
