THE WINE: This wine displays a pale straw colour. The nose shows refined floral aromas combined with zesty lime and cinnamon spice. These aromas lead to a palate with layers of complex crisp green apple, nashi pear and lemon, superbly balanced by clean, citrus acidity with great length and depth.
FOOD MATCHES: Try with smoked trout on a bed of rocket, sage and radish served with citrus and herb mayonnaise.
