THE WINE: This wine displays a dark cherry colour. The nose shows lifted blackberry, cherry and black pepper aromas with some dark chocolate hints in the background. These aromas lead to a full, generous palate brimming with blackcurrant and pepper spice flavours. The wine has a soft, silky finish.
